Expressions of Jesus Compilation Now Available

The book is out! I am deeply honored to work with Deseret book as the curator of the Expressions of Jesus book compilation. I was asked to create a collection of images of Jesus from over 100 artists from all over the world throughout the centuries: beloved favorites from from North America and Western Europe; but also indigenous North, Central and South America; Eastern Europe; and Asia, including China, Japan, Indonesia, Korea, the Philippines and India; and countries in Africa, such as Uganda and Ethiopia; and ancient Christian art from Syria, and Egypt.

I am deeply grateful to the many artists who contributed to the book, as well as the editors and writers, designers who made The Expressions of Jesus Compilation possible.

Whether he is depicted as Mexican, Cambodian, Indian, European, African, Chinese, or Indigenous, the message our Lord and Saviour is the same. He calls all of us to love one another and come unto Him to find rest and peace. This beautiful book of art is a stunning representation of that much needed message and celebrates the way Jesus Christ has been portrayed in every culture as the Savior of the world.
